Users must access the site only for lawful purposes and avoid interfering with its functionality or other users’ experiences.
We require explicit opt-in through checkboxes. Providing a phone number alone does not constitute consent. Messages cover appointments, onboarding, follow-ups, updates, support, and optional marketing.
Users can unsubscribe by texting STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, OPT OUT, or REVOKE.
Users warrant they own/authorize their phone number, provide accurate information, and won’t use services unlawfully.
Generally 18+; minors need parental/guardian consent.
Services provided “as is” and “as available” with no warranties regarding uninterrupted service or error-free operation.
The company excludes liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from service use.
Oomph Health isn’t responsible for third-party content or practices.
We may modify these terms at any time; continued use equals acceptance.
